Important: Once you declare a protocol in The Protocol Games, that declaration is public and permanent. It includes your chosen username, your declared protocol changes, and your protocol story if provided. It does not include your real name, email, or demographic data unless you choose to include them in your story.
Cognitive test scores and Cooper test results are kept sealed until reveal day, at which point improvement scores and league rankings become public. Raw scores are never made public.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We use session cookies for authentication only — to keep you logged in between page visits. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings but this will prevent you from staying logged in.
The Protocol Games is not directed at or intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered participants. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
